Sample installation and baseline hung set up process

1 scope
This technology is applicable to rated load 5000kg and below rated speed is 3M/s and the following types of Chinese-made model traction lifts installed hanging and baseline installation work.
2 construction preparation
2.1 materials requirements:
2.1.1 wood template should be used, drying, toughness, deformation of the wood. And on all sides planed, straight.

3 operational processes

4 quality criteria
4.1 project:

4.2 Basic project:
4.2.1 sample standard deviation shall not be greater than 3/1000.
4.2.2 compound lifts, door Center distance deviation must not exceed 20mm.
4.2.3 relative elevators, door center-line deviation must not exceed 20mm.
5 finished product protection
5.1 the Office of fence to maintain good to avoid subtracting non-staff members.

6 quality problems to be noticed
