1 scope
This technology is applicable to rated load
5000kg and below rated speed is 3M/s and the following types of Chinese-made
model traction lifts installed hanging and baseline installation work.
2 construction preparation
2.1 materials requirements:
2.1.1 wood template should be used, drying,
toughness, deformation of the wood. And on all sides planed, straight.
2.1.2 in accordance with different lifting
height, model cross section of not less than the values listed in the table 5-1.

2.1.3 cross section after processing is not

2.3 operating conditions:
2.3.1 in hoistway scaffolding is completed,

3 operational processes

3.1.3.2 regardless of used model method or

4 quality criteria
4.1 project:

4.2 Basic project:
4.2.1 sample standard deviation shall not
be greater than 3/1000.
4.2.2 compound lifts, door Center distance
deviation must not exceed 20mm.
4.2.3 relative elevators, door center-line
deviation must not exceed 20mm.
5 finished product protection
5.1 the Office of fence to maintain good to

electricity and gas welding job, take care to the baseline.
6 quality problems to be noticed
6.1 when determining the car guide to the

and personnel.
6.2 prior to each job shall review a
baseline, verify that no shift, after contact with other objects, to be
