1 scope
This standard is mainly used in industrial
and civil buildings outside the brick and concrete structure, brick mould and
die within the outer structural column, ring beam and slab formwork.
2 construction preparation
2.1 materials and equipment:
2.1.1 boards (thickness of 20~50mm), and combined
steel formwork (length 600, 750, 900, 1200, 1500mm with a width of 100, 150,
200, 250, 300mm), die, die connection of yin and Yang.
2.1.2 timber, wooden wedges, support (wood
or steel), stereotypical combined steel formwork of attachment (u-shaped,
l-shaped plug, 3-fastener, saucer-shaped fasteners, bolts, hook bolts, bolts),
the wire (12th, ~14) and separator, and so on.
2.1.3 holes with an electric drill, moving
hands, a pair of pliers.
2.2 operating conditions
2.2.1 play wall +50cm horizontal lines,
check the brick wall (or concrete) whether the location of the break line, go
through the preflight procedures.
2.2.2 structural column reinforcement is
complete and well hidden procedures.
2.2.3 form tie bolts through walls, masonry
should be reserved bolt holes as required.
2.2.4 checking whether the interior
structural columns to clean, including tongue gray brick walls, steel hanging
on the mortar and the floor at the bottom of gray.
3 operational processes
3.1 process:
Column template
Preparation → circle template →
pre-screening
Board template
3.2 before formwork structure column and
ring beam and slab debris all cleaned up.
3.3 template:
3.3.1 structure column template:
3.3.1.1 constructional column of
brick-concrete structure templates, or stereotyped combined steel formwork of
the wood can be used template. Available methods in General. Concrete pouring
to prevent template expansion affect the exterior walls smooth, steel template
paste with a wooden mould or combination on the outer wall, and every 1M to set
up two, and the inner wall tie, diameter should be not less than 16. Pulled
through the hole in the brick wall to leave, hole location requirements from
the ground 30cm, every 1M together, plane of the holes in the structure column
outside a small brick Office Ma ya Cha.
3.3.1.2 internal model structure of brick
columns, connected with the die with a large template, bulge deformation of
outer wall to prevent pouring concrete, reinforcement template posted on the
outer walls, and then pull the grapple.
3.3.1.3 gable column internal model
structure, template use wooden template or composite steel formwork, with
diagonal bracing in prison.
3.3.1.4 should retain clean out the roots.
3.3.2 ring beam template:
3.3.2.1 circle template may use wooden
template or combination of shaped steel formwork and catchy line level.
3.3.2.2 when using floor support beam
template, the following should be mat wood when using wood backing, with a
wooden wedge below tight. Steel backing, height should be adjusted to the
right.
3.3.2.3 reinforcement as finished, the
template head width correction, with a wooden pole position and fixed with
nails of temporary. Such as the use of combined steel formwork, catchy fixture
cards, and ensure the beam size.
3.3.2.4 of die structure in brick, outer
tile wall beam, with horizontal pole, wall, flat position 24cm at both ends of
the wall hole, spacing about 50cm.
3.3.3 Board template:
3.3.3.1 seam width is 4cm, 50mmx50mm
available wood or angle for the base mould. Than 4cm should end of Board, and
should be extended into the plate 5~10MM left at the end of the Groove, easy
leveling of ceiling mortar after stripping.
3.3.3.2 Board template supports of wood or
steel pipe support should be used, or suspenders.
Support 3.3.3.3 shall be in wood and wooden
wedge below the pad, and do not use brick pad.
4 quality criteria
4.1 project: template and bracket must have
sufficient strength, rigidity and stability, the support section should be
adequately supported area, such as installed in on soil, soil must be solid and
drainage measures. On collapsible loess must have waterproofing measures for
Frost heaving soil must be freeze-thaw action.
4.2 Basic project:
4.2.1 template should be tight at the
seams, should be placed firmly embedded parts, slot should not leak slurry,
should be less than l.5mm.
4.2.2 template contact surfaces should be
cleaned with concrete, uniform template release agent brush may not leak stain
brush or steel.
4.2.3 allowable deviation is shown in table
4-1.
Brick and concrete structure template
allows deviation table 4-1
Tolerance (mm)
Single-layer, multi-layer multi-storey mode
1 axis displacement: column, beam 5 5 foot

2 elevation ± 5 ± 5 level or cable and
check
3 size: +4-5 ± 2 feet of column and beam

5 two adjacent surface height difference of
2 2 with a ruler and the ruler check
6 surface roughness 5 2 2m m on foot and
wedged feeler Gage check
Embedded steel centre line 3 7 3 cable and
check
5 finished product protection
5.1 supporting ring beam in the brick wall
template, preventing the brick hit the top skin.
5.2 after completing the template should
keep mold clean to prevent falling into the bricks, stone, wood and other
debris.
5.3 there shall be protection of steel
against disturbances.
6 quality problems to be noticed
6.1 structure column at the wall squeeze
drum deformation of reinforced measures should be outer wall when the template.
6.2 expansion circle template: ring beam
bracing not clamped, support not strong, catchy lever damaged or didn't nail
the template firmly. Designated personnel to repair template when pouring
concrete.
6.3 concrete flow: template Board is too
large, not Fiberboard, wood, put in prison outside walls ring beam without
template first and then pour concrete ring beam, but brick template first and
then pour concrete, water flows along the mud brick.
6.4 seam sinking template: hanging template
did not tighten the hanger wire, and when using steel and wood supports,
supports the following wood there is no wedge nailing.
7 quality records
This standard shall meet the following
quality records:
7.1 templates section pre inspection records.
7.2 template project quality assessment
information.
