1 scope
The technology is applicable to inorganic
raw materials made of FRP Duct fabrication and installation.
2 construction preparation
2.1 materials and equipment:
2.1.1 the inorganic raw materials, glass
fiber cloth and padding material should comply with the design requirements.
Material content of fillers in there should be statutory inspection departments
supporting technical documents.
2.1.2 FRP fiberglass content should comply
with the design requirements and specifications, fiberglass cloth should be
dry, clean, no wax.
2.1.3 equipment: various types of jigs,
bucket, brush, stainless steel ruler, set square, Protractor, drilling machine.
2.1.4 the main technical parameters of
products should comply with the testing provisions of the State.
2.2 operating conditions:
2.2.1 processing should be spacious,
bright, clean, ventilation, ground levelling, dryness of plants.
2.2.2 has a certain finished product
storage and there is rain, snow, wind and firm structure facilities.
2.2.3 operating point to have the
corresponding processing of mold, facilities, power supply, fire-fighting
equipment and so on.
2.2.4 finished products should be approved
drawings, after reviewing the detail maps, System maps, and head of technology,
quality, safety, disclosure in writing.
3 operational processes
3.1 process
Support → molding (according
to the specifications of an inorganic raw material layer of fiberglass) → test → curing →
Punch → storage
3.2 detail of selected appropriate mold on
particular shelves began to operate. Fiberglass cloth reinforced wind works 1:1
longitude, inorganic content of weight of the raw material is 50%~60%.
Fiberglass cloth laid the joints should be staggered, no overlap. Materials
shall be painted in uniform, no missing coating.
3.3 FRP Duct and fittings for wall

3.4 flange diameter:

3.5 should be integrated with the wall
flange and duct to be vertical and at right angles to the pipe axis.
3.6 wind pipe edge large 2m (2m), single
length not exceeding 2m, increased reinforcement, reinforcement materials
available 50mmx5mm steel.
3.7 all branches will be open at the scene,
three-way shall not be open in the reinforced seat.
3.8 installation process:
3.8.1 FRP pipe connection use galvanized
bolts, bolt galvanized washer and flange contact to increase the contact
surface.
3.8.2 flange between φ 6~8 asbestos rope,
if the design is agreed or 8501 tape packing specifications for 12x3.

3.8.3 support bracket and space according
to the following standards:

3.8.4 FRP Duct is curing and quality are
vulnerable to outside influences and deformation and carrier specifications to
be taller than the flange (see table 4-18) in order to increase the contact
surface area.

3.8.5 duct sides is greater than 2000mm,
pallet 5# channels to increase the contact surface area. Request for steel tray
above a fixed iron thong, specification 100mm (wide) x1.2mm (thick), as shown
in Figure 4-9.
3.8.6 duct hole, hole location specification
must correctly after drilling holes first.
3.9 after each batch of product acceptance,
will check the results reported to the supervising engineer in auditing,
unqualified products cannot be used for installation, suppliers or
manufacturers of responsibility for processing.
3.10 finished sampling rate according to
the system of 5% for testing.
4 quality criteria
4.1 surface should be flat and smooth in
FRP tubes (feel good), outer surface should be neat in appearance, of uniform
thickness, edges, no burrs without bubbles (stoma) stratification, outer
surface shall not be distorted, a roughness less than 3mm, the straightness of
the inner and outer wall is not more than 5mm per meter.
4.2 should be integrated with the wall
flange and duct to be vertical and at right angles to the pipe axis. No
vertical is not more than 2mm.
4.3 flange itself should be flat on the
surface, roughness is not greater than 2.
4.4 flange hole in flange center line
(excluding thickness), and pledged in a straight line. Error shall not exceed
2mm.
4.5 duct two diagonal difference is not
more than 3mm.
4.6 number of bubbles on the surface not
more than 5 per square meter, a single small bubble in 10mm2.
4.7 each section of pipe cracks, not more
than two, crack shall not exceed the length of the one-tenth crack from the
tube edge shall not be less than 50mm, pipe fittings, non-penetrating cracks.
5 finished product protection
5.1 test report for each batch of products
should be accompanied by the inspection and factory certificate. Products must
be transported to the scene of the qualifying products.
5.2 transport finished products protection,
no collision fall loss. Finished product storage are flat and has a Sun-rain
measures. When stacking height shall not exceed 3M above without heavy
pressure.
5.3 transport to the site of the wind pipe
and pipe fittings should be unified and correct installation order number and
serial number.
6 quality problems to be noticed
6.1 embedded parts of the support brackets
or bolts should be correct, solid and reliable, shall be located in the outlet
or other openings.
6.2 flange gasket material is not projected
outside flange, flange bolt tension are, direction (the nut on the same side)
to avoid screw damage.
6.3 air duct installation without collision
or off the shelf fell down, after the connection is not obvious distortions.
