Engine room machinery and equipment installation

1 scope
This technology is applicable to rated load 5000kg and below rated speed 3M/s and the following types of Chinese-made machine room traction lifts machinery and equipment installation works.
2 construction preparation
2.1 devices, materials requirements:
2.1.1 the engine room machinery and equipment specifications, quantities must conform to the drawings, and intact.
2.1.2 load-bearing beams and various sections of the specifications and dimensions must conform to the design requirements.
2.1.3 If the host, generator pedestal plate production, plate thickness should not be less than 20mm. Speed limiter, steel round base plate thickness should not be less than 12mm. And all the steel surface is flat and smooth.
2.1.4 welded low carbon steel welding electrodes, welding electrode factory certificate.
Installation with machine screws, bolts, cement and other specifications, the marking should comply with the design requirements.
2.2 the main tools:
Chain, wire rope, level, wire pendant, plate, box feet, electric and gas welding tools, welding machines, wrench, hammer, crowbar, hacksaw, hammer, feeler.
2.3 operating conditions:
2.3.1 engine room doors and Windows to complete, clean the ground, lighting complies with the relevant requirements, and there is sufficient working space.
2.3.2 room bearing capacity of the structure must conform to the design requirements, location, size of holes on the ground must conform to the drawings and specifications.
2.3.3 hook should comply with the design requirements for hoisting machines.

3 operational processes
3.1 process:

Install the tractor and guide wheel

3.2 Installing load-bearing beams:
3.2.1 steel girders before installation to brush paint (brush again before the handover).
3.2.2 determine the steel beams of installation location.

3.5 installing the generator:

3.7 installing steel pulley:

4 quality requirements
4.1 project:
4.1.1 machine beam in the shaft ends must be load-bearing beam or wall. 5 finished product protection
5.1 the engine room machinery and equipment in the transport, storage and installation process, the damp, the collision is strictly prohibited.
5.2 engine room doors and Windows to the most modern, strong, after work room is to be locked. Not the person concerned does not enter the room. 6 quality problems to be noticed
6.1-supported steel beam at both ends must be installed with the design and specifications.
6.2 where to break into the concrete components, to be inspected by the person concerned before the concrete, when you meet the requirements, check verification signature before an operation.
6.3 all parts join screw holes using the appropriate size drill hole, gas hole is strictly prohibited.
6.4 tractor factory has been inspected, in principle not allowed to disassemble, if there are special circumstances apart to repair, adjust, and by technology in conjunction with experienced fitters in accordance with the relevant provisions of the operation.

6.5 speed limiter setting value is adjusted by the manufacturers, construction can not be adjusted. If any parts are damaged, adjustment should be sent to the factory inspection.
