Steel structure fire retardant coating process

1 scope
This technology standard it is suitable for thick film type steel structure fire-retardant coating spraying process of construction.
2 construction preparation
2.1 material and main equipments:
2.1.1 fire-retardant coating: to use by the competent departments, and approved by the local fire department product. * * building use ST1 - such as A fire retardant coating, by the ministry of public security of sichuan fire research institute of identification, and approved by the Beijing municipal fire bureau, check the documents of approval before use, and A batch of inspection factory certificate for 100 t. 2.2 operation conditions:

3 operation process

4 quality standards
4.1 ensure projects:

5 finished product protection

6 should pay attention to quality problems

6.2 crack: environmental temperature and humidity should be appropriate, layered spraying ventilation drying time to master well.
