Oil-paper insulated cable 10 (6) kV joint production process

1 scope
This technology is applicable to general industrial and civil building electrical installation engineering 10 (6) kV oil-paper insulated cable connector card.
2 construction preparation
2.1 equipment and materials requirements:
2.1.1 cable connector housing must be sealed well, no impurity and sand holes, inner wall is smooth, clean, model specifications must meet the design requirements. Lead casing with pure lead content of not less than 99.9%, and able to withstand 25 standard atmospheric pressure test.
2.1.2 insulation materials must conform to the voltage level and should have test data and factory certificate (form 2-6).

2.2 the main tools:
2.2.1 production machinery: Windbreak fences (open operations), plastic sheeting, oil pressure wiring pliers, blowtorches, iron pot, enamel plates, aluminum pots, aluminum pots, aluminum spoons, funnels, colanders, scissors, gloves, hacksaw, file.

2.3 operating conditions:

3 operational processes
3.1 process:

5 finished product protection
