1 scope
This technology is applicable to rated load
5000kg and below rated speed 3M/s and the following types of Chinese-made
traction drive elevator installation project.
2 construction preparation
2.1 devices, materials requirements:
2.1.1 car parts should be intact, complete
number. Specifications to meet the requirements.
2.1.2 drive, rotating parts should be
flexible and reliable (such as safety gear linkage).
2.1.3 beam (200x200) or beam (I20#), the
M16 bolts, 100x100 angle, pipe of diameter round bar greater than 50mm or 75x4,
8# wire.
2.2 the main tools:
2.2.1 electric hammer, chain (3T), wire
rope, wood planks, hammer, drill, spirit level, wire pendant, plate, box feet,
round file.
2.3 operating conditions:
2.3.1 engine room with the doors and
Windows, door locks, no non-operator access, room no debris on the ground.
2.3.2 after top scaffolding removed, there
is sufficient working space.
2.3.3 construction lighting shall meet the
requirements and, if necessary, use hand lamp.
2.3.4 Rails installation, alignment is
complete.
2.3.5 top no deposit at the door of the Office,
there are sufficient channels for handling large parts.
3 operational processes
3.1 process:
Preparations → → → install column

3.2 preparing for work:
3.2.1 in the top layer of the concrete wall
across the entrance hall the two angle brackets are installed at that location
(100x100 steel), each bracket with three φ 16 expansion bolts.

20# I). Then fixed the wood end (Figure 5-39).
Large passenger and freight should be
calculated based on the stair shaft size to determine timber and sectional
models.
3.2.2 If the wall is a brick structure, in
the entrance hall opposite the mark on the wall the location of two wood side
adapted to the size of the hole, supporting the wood end (Figure 5-40).

3.3 Installing the end of beams:

adjust the beam at the end of the level, so that its horizontal and vertical

3.4 Installing the column:
End of column and beam connections,

3.5 installing the beams;
3.5.1 beam with a chain hoist is connected
with the pillar, mounted on all bolts.
3.5.2 adjust beam transverse and
longitudinal degrees, make the level of degree ≤ 1/2000. Then fasten
bolt.
3.5.3 Leung with a wire wheel, to adjust
the sheave beams clearances, equal to a,b,c,d, and the size

3.6 loading the car chassis:
3.6.1 the car chassis with a chain lift,
and then place it in the appropriate location. Car chassis screws for beams
with end-column, join (but do not tighten the screws). Install lift rod and
adjust, make the car chassis level ≤ 2/1000 at the end
of, and then tighten the lift rod with two-parent, fastening the connecting
screws (Figure 5-46).
3.6.2 if its base of active structures,
above the car chassis bracket installed fine, and the shock absorber is
installed in the car on the chassis bracket.
3.6.3 the car chassis with a chain
suspended in place slowly. Screw inserted on the shock absorber car chassis in
the corresponding screw holes. , And then adjust the level of the car chassis.
Its not level ≤ 2/1000. If they do not meet requirements in adjusting shock
absorber parts and gaskets.
Adjust its base of the set screw, so that
it is fully loaded with car kept l~2mm at the end of the gap (Figure 5-47). The
process is completed, tighten the connecting screws.
3.6.4 installed, adjust the safety clamp
lever reach requirements, pull top of double Busbar tightened.
3.7 installation guide:
3.7.1 require upper and lower guide roller
Center and Center for safety gear on three points on the same vertical line. No
skew, twist (Figure 5-48).
3.7.2 stationary guide roller to adjust the
clearance, lined with track-side and 2.5 mm of clearance on either side.
3.7.3 spring-loaded guide roller with the

3.7.4 roller Guide installed smooth, roller

3.9 installing car door:
3.9.1 car door installation requirements
see the relevant provisions for door installation.
3.9.2 safety edge should be adjusted after
installation, make it vertical. Office door open safety edge end face and the
car door on the face should be in the same vertical plane (Figure 5-52). Safety
edge should be flexible, functional and reliable.
3.9.3 in the car doors and door mounting

the vertical deviation is less than 0.5mm, and meet the other requirements of
the manufacturer.
3.10 installing ceiling installations:
3.10.1 car top junction box, wiring duct,
wire tube, safety switch to be installed according to the manufacturers
installation drawing. Without installation diagram is based on the ease of
installation and maintenance of the principle of arrangement.
3.10.2 installed, adjust the opening
mechanism and transmission mechanism to comply with the design requirements for
manufacturers, if manufacturers have not specified that the transmission is
flexible and reliable principle adjusted.
3.10.3 joins the body bar fastening screws
and spring washers to prevent loosening. Body bar the height of beam height.
3.10.4 floor sensors and door sensors you
want to iron according to adjustment. Requires horizontal even vertical, each
side should be in the same vertical plane and the verticality deviation shall
not exceed 1M m.
3.11 installation limit switch touch iron:
3.11.1 before installation to check the car
cam, torsion and bending needs to be adjusted.
3.11.2 car cam installation should be
strong, plus spring washer screw to be used.
Asked to touch the iron vertically,
deviations should not be greater than 1/1000, the maximum deviation is less
than 3mm (except for cant touch iron).
3.12 installation, adjust the overload full
switch:
3.12.1 to examine high, full load switch,
its movements should be flexible, functional and reliable. Installation must be
firm.
3.12.2 adjusted full switch should be in
the car at rated load for reliability. Adjust the overload switch should be at
rated load x110% the reliability of the car.
4 quality criteria
4.1 project:
4.1.1 the elevator sill and the plots more
than mm pitch deviation is prohibited.
Inspection method: standard checks.
4.1.2 open knife with the hoistway door
sill and door opening set, wheel car gap between sill and must be within the
scope of 5~8mm.
Inspection method: standard checks.
4.2 Basic project:
4.2.1 car assembling firm, car wall
junction formation, door wall measuring verticality deviation of not more than
l/1000. Car is clean and without damage.
Inspection method: observation and hanging
wire, standard checks.
4.2.2 guide roller Assembly shall comply
with the following requirements:
4.2.2.1 a rigid structure: to ensure normal
operation of the elevator and car of two rail ends and the two surfaces within
the guide shoe and 2.5 mm.
4.2.2.2 elastic structures: to ensure
normal operation of the lift and guide and guide roller slider on the top
surface without gaps, guide shoes spring telescopic range is less than 4mm.
4.2.2.3 roller Guide: roller guides are not

4.2.3 doors smooth and clean, no damage.

4.2.4 security clamp wedges with the Rails

4.2.5 safety clamp JAWS (Tiger mouth) with
rail top surface clearance of not less than 3mm, gap difference is not more
than 0.5mm.
Inspection method: check with a feeler
gauge or special tools.
4.2.6 check overload switch when the lift
rated load x110%. Full switch should be in the elevator at rated load.
Inspection method: experimental
examination.
4.3 allowable deviation:
Touch iron installed vertical, vertical
deviation is less than 1/1000, the maximum deviation is less than 3mm (except
for cant touch iron).
5 finished product protection
5.1 car components should be placed in the
rain-proof, non-humid place.
5.2 the car was assembled, hanging the door
as soon as possible, so as to avoid subtracting non-staff.
5.3 cabin doors, wall fan in place before
not to tear off the protective film, if necessary, plus cover, such as veneer,
kraft paper, and so on. Staff leave, locked the doors of the elevator.
6 quality problems to be noticed
6.1 Installing the column should be a
natural vertical, do not meet requirements, and gasket between the upper and
lower beams and columns. Adjustment cannot be forced to install.
6.2 car chassis tuning levels, between the
car chassis and the chassis, the connection between the chassis and the lower
beam must contact only at strict, if there are gaps in the gasket gasket solid,
should not be excessively inclined lever force.
6.3 Messenger double lever must be
tightened, the press-fit connecting screws fastening of the car, washer in
place.
