1 scope
This technology is applicable to rated load
5000kg and below rated speed 3M/s and the following types of Chinese-made
traction-drive elevator door installations.
2 construction preparation
2.1 devices, materials requirements:
2.1.1 door parts should be in conformity
with drawings, quantity range.
2.1.2 sill, doors, Office doors should be
no deformation of the slide, damaged. All other parts should be intact,
functional and reliable.
2.1.3 production of steel bracket and
bracket bracket steel to meet the requirements.
2.1.4 welded and bolted to the factory
certificate.
2.1.5 cement, sand must conform to the
provisions of chapter II.
2.2 the main tools:

3 operational processes
3.1 process:
Steady load sill → install the
door pillar, slides, door pockets machine → → installed Office
doors, adjust the door locks, electric lock installation
3.2 steady loading sill:

3.2.2 If the sill bracket to concrete

3.4 Installing the door, adjusting the

3.5 lock, electronic lock, safe switch
installation:

adjustable, locks in place installation and adjustment, you must add set screws
to prevent locking shift.
3.5.4 when the car door and hoistway door
linkage, hook lock should be no decoupling and the tool holder, the door should
run smooth, jitter-free and crash.
4 quality criteria
4.1 the elevator sill and hoistway door
sill pitch deviation of each layer no more than mm.
Inspection method: standard checks.
4.2 open knife with the hoistway door sill

scope of 5~8mm.

4.3 the Office doors slide on lateral

4.4 Hall doors vertical deviation is less

4.5 door installation, adjustment should be
to:
Doors smooth, clean and without damage.
Brisk opening and closing smoothly. Also closed when the door is closed in, the

4.7 after the door closed, machine locks

4.8 after the door closed, door lock

5 finished product protection
5.1 the doors, door sets, sill has a

6 quality problems to be noticed
6.1 fixed when steel door frame, welding on
stiffening the door, do not weld directly on the door.
6.2 all welded and bolted the fixed part
must be solid and reliable.
6.3 usually need embedded in concrete
components, must be checked by the relevant departments to handle the concealed
work procedures, to pouring concrete.
6.4 If there is damage, deformation of the
various components of the Office and must be repaired or replaced, qualified
before the use.
