This technology is applicable to General

2 construction preparation
2.1 materials and equipment:

2.1.2 cement: No. 325 for general use slag
Portland cement or Portland cement, factory certificate and retest report.
2.1.3 sand: suitable for sand, 5mm bore
diameter sieves, preparation of M5 mortar, sand sediment not more than 10%,M5
and mortar, sand clay content of not more than 5% and it is grass-roots and
other debris.
2.1.4 admixtures: use ground lime, fly ash,
lime paste and so on. When cured lime shall not be less than 7d.
2.1.5 water: tap water or clean water that
contains no harmful substances.
2.1.6 other materials: steel tie bar,
embedded parts, wood bricks, be treated in advance.
2.1.7 main machine: equipped with mixer,
dump truck, scale, skip, brick cages, trolleys, hose, sieve, spade, half grey
buckets, spray bottle, holding Board, wire pendant, spirit level, small white
lines, brick tongs, shovels, trowels, adzes, planing tool bags.
2.2 operating conditions:
2.2.1 load-bearing structure in the main

3 operational processes
3.1 process:

3.5 hollow brick masonry:

3.6 winter rain during construction:
3.6.1 mixing mortar in winter should be

consistency.
3.6.3 doped salt mortar mixed with salt,
material heating temperature according to the construction plan in winter
regulations, mortar, using temperature should not fall below + 5 ° c. Tie bar,

4 quality criteria
4.1 project:
4.1.1 the varieties, specifications for
hollow brick, strength must conform to the design requirements, certificates,
test reports of the factory.
4.1.2 mortar must comply with the design

5 finished product protection
5.1 heating and plumbing, electrical pipes

6 quality problems to be noticed
6.1 mortar strength is not enough:

test, maintenance and pressure test should be in order.
6.2 not straight on the top of the wall
masonry couldn't make the top lines, uneven walls easily should be at the end
of beam or plate pop-up wall edges, carefully press the line built to ensure

6.3 frames on both sides missed solid brick
masonry: door solid brick masonry on both sides, facilitate laying of wood
brick or metal, fixed door and window frames, and placed concrete lintels.
Tick after sinking 6.4 hollow brick wall:
holes, embedded parts should be prepared to set aside reserve, embedded. After
