channel installation
1 scope
This technology is applicable to General
residential buildings prefabricated reinforced concrete balconies, rain cover,
channel plate components installation works.
2 construction preparation
2.1 materials and equipment:
2.1.1 widget: prefabricated reinforced
concrete balconies, rain cover, channel model, quality should meet the
requirements of the Board. And should have the widget factory certificate.
2.1.2 cement: No. 325 more than Portland
cement and ordinary Portland cement and slag Portland cement. Factory
certified.
2.1.3 sand, stone: sand or coarse sand
particle size 0.5~3.2cm stones.
2.1.4 concrete admixtures: early-strength
admixture, superplasticizer, etc should be consistent with the relevant
provisions of the standard. Content determined by the laboratory.
2.1.5 electrode: grade ⅰ E4303
electrode for steel welding, welding ⅱ E5003 or E4303 for
steel rod, factory certified.
2.1.6 anchor reinforcing bars:
specification, variety and size requirements are commensurate with widget sets.
2.1.7 wire: wire, 20th.
2.1.8 supporting materials: 100mmx100mm
wood stud or tool-steel pillars, 50mmx100mm wood Rod 50mm Atsugi base plates,
wooden wedges and nails.
2.1.9 main machinery: crowbar, hooks,

2.2 operating conditions:
2.2.1 installed before the widget and

3 operational processes
3.1 process

3.2 pulp: install components before his

3.6 concrete: a balcony overhanging welded

4 quality criteria
4.1 project:

5 finished product protection
5.1 components overlap when stacking wood
should be added, to make the rings will not be crushed, wood thickness should
be not less than 90mm, and upper and lower wood should be vertical. Piling yard
should be flat and solid. Stacked no more than 10 blocks each component.
5.2 cut embedded tick embedded iron and
steel parts, damage components.
5.3 transport and installation process,
exposed steel bars shall be arbitrarily cutting components.
5.4 when the component is installed, not
chipped brick walls or concrete walls.
6 quality problems to be noticed
6.1 installed: temporary support on top of
cement mortar and screed must be on a level surface.
6.2 position is inaccurate: the
installation must be according to the line of control and the elevation is in
place, if any deviation should be adjusted in a timely manner.
6.3 bearing false: formation of the screed
should be noticed, installation should be watered pigment cement slurry, still
pore is installed, using dry real hard mortar.
6.4 anchorage reinforcement length and lap
welding does not meet the requirements: because any bend off balcony exposed
steel bars, which anchoring length is not enough. Anchorage used lap welding,
the weld on both sides should be used, it seems sometimes to one-side welding,
resulting in anchorage or welded length is not enough.
6.5 anchorage bars are not into a wall or
beam: when installing components position is not accurate, anchoring bars and
concrete walls to stagger. Lifting should be according to the position line in
place.
6.6 balcony not vertical, channel up and
down: the main reason is that no line in place by location when you install.
6.7 seam seepage under the balcony, MCP: as
there are no serious waterproofing treatment. After installing shall keep the
outside seam 3cm wide pad scrape pulp, waterproof according to the design
process. Gap between the channel plate must be of fine stone concrete
compacting.
7 quality records
This standard shall meet the following
quality records:
7.1 component certificate.
7.2 steel factory certification or
inspection reports.
7.3 steel mechanical performance test
report.
7.4 tensile test for welded joint report.
7.5 cement factory certification and test
reports.
Sand 7.6 test report.
7.7 welding certificate.
7.8 bar hidden inspection records,
component installation inspection records.
