Installation technology of air duct and part

1 scope
This technology is applicable to industrial and civil construction, ventilation and air conditioning systems, made of sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminum composite plate, PVC duct, and component installation.
2 construction preparation
Requirements 2.1 materials and equipment:
2.1.1 installation products should have a factory certificate or qualification documents and product list.
2.1.2 wind pipe finished no deformation, distortion, cracks, holes, flanges falls off. Leakage leakage flange welding, riveting, eye bolts and other defects.

2.2 operating conditions:

3 operational processes
3.1 process:

3.2 determine the elevation:
According to drawings and reference construction datum to identify wind pipe elevation.
3.3 production hanger:
3.3.1 elevations determined, in accordance with the spatial location of the duct system to determine duct, hangers form (Figure 4-10).
3.3.2 wind pipe, hanger production shall be prepared in accordance with the standards Office of North China material specifications and practices production.
3.3.3 wind pipe, hangers production problems that should be noticed:

3.4.1 method of embedded parts:

Problems in 3.6.2 gasket flange gasket material:

3.7 wind arrangement without flange connection:
3.7.1-clamp connection: mainly used for round duct plate and spiral duct connection, rolling drums at both ends of each pipe reinforcement, reduced to one end and make it smaller. 3.11.7 air pipe and duct pipe connections, intubation interfaces should be guiding device.
3.12 installation:
3.12.1 wind tube adjustment device shall be mounted on the easy part.

4 quality criteria
4.1 project:
4.l.1 installation must be firm, location, elevation, and to comply with the design requirements and part correct, easy to operate. Fire valve check the hole location must be located in the operational area.

4.1.7 clean system Flex pipe material and must not produce dust, airtight, smooth inner wall; Flex pipe and duct, equipment connections must be tight and no leakage.
Inspection method: lighting and Visual check.
4.1.8 clean system duct static pressure box installed in the wall must be clean, free from dust, grease, rust and other debris.
Inspection method: white silk cloth or Visual check.
4.2 Basic project:

5 finished product protection
