1 scope

This technology is applicable to rated load 5000kg and below rated speed 3M/s and the following types of Chinese-made traction lifts for installation works.

2 construction preparation

2.1 devices, materials requirements:

2.1.1 specification shall conform to the design requirements, full, firm, and free from distortion and damage.

2.1.2 to guide and fixing screw for guide specifications, quality, quantity shall conform to the requirements.

2.1.3 adjusting shims should meet the requirements.

2.2 the main tools:

Chain, wire rope, wood side.

2.3 operating conditions:

3 operational processes

3.1 process:

3.4 installation, adjustment to the Guide:

4 quality criteria

4.1 project:

Inspection method: observation and standard checks.

5 finished product protection

5.1 the guide shoe after installation, using things like old cloth for protection, so as to avoid dust residue into the boot lining, affect its service life.

5.2 construction should pay attention to avoid falling objects to prevent smashing guide shoes.

5.3 the framework of transport, lifting and loading Tuo block process, be careful, do not hit have been renovated floors, walls and Rails and other facilities, if necessary, to take the appropriate protection measures.

6 quality problems to be noticed

6.1 boot after installation and adjustment, each screw must bear in prison.

6.2 screw hole location if the individual does not meet the installation requirements, and can be resolved. Never allow empty without it.

6.3 in heavy lifting, don't touch the baseline, so as not to affect the installation accuracy.
