1 scope
The technology standard is suitable for use in construction steel structure anticorrosion construction technology for the project.
2 construction preparation
2.1 material

2.2 the main equipment:

2.3 operation conditions:

3 operation process
3.1 process:

3.2 base cleaning:

3.2.3 in order to ensure the quality of coating, according to different needs can choose the following cleaning process.

Primer is 3.3:

3.4 the paint coating:
3.4.1 track construction steel structure painting primer and finish among general clearance for a long time. 3.4.4 coating process using spraying construction, should adjust the nozzle diameter, spraying pressure, spray gun hose free to stretch to work area, air compressor air pressure should be kept in 0.4 ~ 0.7 N/was.

3.5 coating inspection and acceptance:

4 quality standards
4.1 ensure project shall meet the following requirements:

5 finished product protection
5.1 after coating steel members shall be temporary retaining isolation, prevent trod, damage to the coating.

6 should pay attention to quality problems
6.1 coating operating temperature should be between 5 ~ 38 ℃ advisable, when the weather temperature is below 5 ℃, should choose the corresponding application of coating material at low temperature.
6.2 when the temperature is higher than 40 ℃, should stop coating operations. Because of component temperature 40 ℃, in the steel surface besmear brushs the paint will produce bubbles, reduce the adhesion of paint film.
6.3 when air humidity is more than 85%, or component surface condensation, unfavorable coating operations.
6.4 steel members before the production, deal with hidden component parts, sandwich structure is difficult to cleaning, derusting, ahead of besmear to brush in advance.
