1 scope

The technology standard is applicable to industrial and civil building engineering precast terrazzo.

2 construction preparation

2.1 material and main equipments:

2.1.2 sand, coarse sand and medium sand, silt content is not more than 3%.

2.2 operation conditions:

3 operation process

3.1 process:

Pickling, waxing 3.10:

4 quality standards

4.2 the basic items:

5 finished product protection

5.1 after the completion of the precast terrazzo floor room should be closed, not closed corridor, the surface should be in the upper cover protection (plastic film, etc.).

5.2 to prevent the paint brush, slurry pollution has completed precast slab grinding.

5.3 it is strictly prohibited in terrazzo floor mixing mortar, pile up the paint bucket and other sundry.

6 should pay attention to quality problems

6.1 the ground empty drum. The reason and prevention measures are as follows:

6.1.1 mortar screed-coat with basic not firm: due to the grassroots cleanup not clean, not enough water wet cement grain combine layer coating uneven or besmear brushs a long time, which causes air drying induration layer and layer combining with empty drum. So grass-roots must carefully clean up the ground, and fully wet, besmear brushs the slurry should besmear to brush evenly.

6.1.2 combining layer of mortar and surface and not firm: combining layer mortar must use harsh mortar, if water more or a shop is too thick, rap is not solid, easy to cause surface empty drum.

Also 6.1.3 plate on the back of the float ash does not clean, without soaking wet, also affect the bonding effect.

6.2 not straight seam uneven, the gap is not uniform: when choosing grinding stone is not strict, uneven, width inconsistent not straight seam caused by uneven, uneven. Try shop should be carefully adjusted, controlled nuiko must pull tong line.

Too much difference between high and low seam: 6.3 plate plate seam between high and low difference exceeds allowable deviation, should be disposed of by machine grinding method, polishing and waxing.

6.4 precast terrazzo skirting board installed out of the wall thickness is not consistent: the main reason is that the perpendicularity of the metope, flatness deviation is too big, should advance when Ann skirting board processing metope, achieve a wall thickness.

6.5 precast terrazzo skirting the roots have pore, imprecise: mainly installation skirting board level elevation line not good control, so first find good skirting board before installation on the target high control points, again pull level control.

6.6 terrazzo skirting board flowing unclean: the main reason is that the wall spray or brush emulsioni paint, skirting board did not cover protection, before waxing should be easy to clean.
