This technology is applicable to rated load
5000kg and below rated speed 2m/s and the following types of Chinese-made
traction drive shaft of the elevator machinery and equipment installation
works.
2 construction preparation
2.1 devices, materials requirements:

consistent with the requirements of the various components without damage.

should be clean, no rust and dust cover are available.
2.1.3 the moving parts of the equipment and

shock-proof nylon according to the requirements.
2.1.5 bolts, bolts and screws of the
connection of the other specifications, quality has to comply with the relevant
requirements. And is equipped with a variety of specifications of metal
gaskets.
2.2 the main tools:
Welding machines and welding tools,
adjustable wrench, tube wrench, hammer, ruler, horizontal ruler, steel ruler,
wire pendant.
2.3 operating conditions:

3 operational processes
3.1 process:
Install buffer installed base → buffer → installed
with a layer of steel wheels, hanging steel →
→ Install speed limiter rope tensioning device, loading speed rope → install the
towline compensation device
3.2 installation the buffer chassis:
First check whether the buffer and buffer
base facilities, and test Assembly. No problem to buffer base installed on the
rail base. For elevator without a guide rail base, processing, increase the
loading guide rail base should be used. Such as the use of concrete base, you
must promise not to destroy the shaft end of the waterproof layer, avoiding
leakage troubles and measures to be taken, and integrated the concrete base and
the end of the shaft.
3.3 Installing the buffer:
3.3.1 Installing buffer coordinates and

4 quality requirements
4.1 project:

4.1.4 compensation ropes (chains), speed

4.2 Basic project:
Speed rope tensioner, belt tensioning
devices shall have sufficient weight to ensure wire rope or steel straightening
to prevent misoperation. Speed limit rope weight tensioning device should not

5 finished product protection
5.1 to prevent debris from falling into the
shaft, so as not to hurt the installed parts.

6 quality problems to be noticed
6.1 playing bumper base with concrete

requirements.
6.2 the rope for velocity limiter switch,
steel tensioning device belt switch, reliable compensator for positioning the
function of the switch.
6.3 speed rope to no broken wires, rust,
dirt or bending.
6.4 cannot fold track and corrosion of
steel.
6.5 compensation links must not have welding
the phenomenon. Compensation rope no broken wires, corrosion and so on.
6.6 oil buffer before use be sure to refuel
as required, to ensure that they are reliable.
