This technology is applicable to 0.6/1kV

2 construction preparation
2.1 materials requirements:
2.1.1 cable terminal caps, plastic,
galvanized screws, wiring the nose, Vaseline oil, cable clamps, cable signs,
multi-strand copper wire and other materials must meet the design requirements,
and product certification.
2.1.2 plastic belt should be yellow, green,

2.1.3 ground bare copper wire or stranded

2.2 the main tools:

3 operational processes
3.1 process:
Armor → shake test cable

3.2 shake test cable:
3.2.1 1000V shake table, shake test on

4 quality criteria
4.1 project: fabrication and installation
shall conform to the specifications of the cable terminal and qualified
insulation resistance, cable terminal is reliable, core wire lug crimping firm,
lug bolt tightly with the device, phase sequence is correct, insulation wrapped
tight.
Inspection method: flipping by hand and
observe the inspection, inspection records.
4.2 basic item: bracket installation shall
conform to the specifications of the cable terminal. Bracket installation
should be smooth, firm, row mounting of bracket height should be consistent

5 finished product protection
5.1 strengthened security measures to
prevent the cable is missing or damaged.
5.2 the first cable production finished,

5.3 in the cable ends near fire, should pay
attention to protecting the cable to prevent the cable head is burnt out or
bake injuries.
5.4 cable head plastic products, care
should be taken not subject to mechanical damage.
6 quality problems to be noticed
6.1 prevention ground wire welding in
prison
Solution is to strip must file new-crop,
using soldering iron when welding shall not be less than 500W, or welding is
not in prison.
6.2 line and nose to prevent cable core is
not fastened. Line the nose and wire cross sections must be, crimping dies
specifications the specifications and core, crimp the number shall not be less
than two.
6.3 Prevention of damage of the cable core:
when cable cutters electrician knife skinning, not force too much, the best
cable insulation outer skin are not completely cut through, innermost skin torn
off the cable to prevent damage to wires.
6.4 cable head stuck solid, core wire of
