Fan-coil and induces installation process

1 scope
This technology is applicable to horizontal, vertical, column of the fan coil and induce standard products for installation works.
2 construction preparation
Requirements 2.1 materials and equipment:
2.1.1 the use of fan-coil units, induction unit, equipment should have a factory certificate or qualification documents.
2.1.2 structure of the fan-coil, induction unit equipment type type, installation, export orientation, intake location, the design and installation requirements.
2.1.3 equipment installation by the use of ingredients and auxiliary materials, model should comply with the design requirements and have a factory certificate.
2.1.4 rotary hammer, hand drills, wrenches, socket wrench, hacksaw, box spanner and hammer, bench vise, taps, threading plates, level, wire pendant, hand pump, steam pressure case, welding tools.
2.2 operating conditions:
2.2.1 fan coil units, induction unit and main and auxiliary materials have arrived at the scene, install the required tools have been prepared, and installed former test sites, water and power supplies.
2.2.2 structural engineering construction is completed, finish the roof waterproof layer, indoor walls, floors finished.
2.2.3 installation dimensions comply with the design requirements, pipe of the air conditioning system is installed, connected to the fan-coil tube reserve pipe location elevation meets the requirements.
3 operational processes
3.1 process:

3.2 fan coil in installing the front should check each pedestal electrical engineering hull and surface exchangers has no harm, rust Eclipse etc. blemish.
3.3 fan coil and induce to power should be used for each test, mechanical part of friction, electrical parts must not leak away.
3.4 fan-coil and induction unit-by-water test, test strength should be 1.5 times working pressure, pressure was observed after 2~3min no seepage and leakage.
3.5 horizontal fan-coil and hoisting induction unit, hanger installation neat and firm, and correctly positioned. Hangers should not be free swinging, suspenders attached to the tray application double nut fastening citizen.
3.6 induce quality checks must be considered before installation, check the following:
3.6.1 connection does not loosening, deformation and fracture condition; nozzles cannot fall off, blocked.
3.6.2 plenum head gap sealing material, without cracks and falls off; the primary air regulator must be flexible, reliable, and transferred to the full open position.
3.7-induced work inspected according to the design requirements for models in place of installation, and check the nozzle type is correct.
3.7.1 concealed horizontal induction unit, hangers should be fixed, and ease of disassembly and repair.
3.7.2 induction unit and an air hose connections should be tight to prevent leakage.
3.7.3 induction hose joint direction and return air headed, the design requirements. Vertical double-sided air induction unit to facilitate the return, should stay above 50mm against the wall space. Horizontal double air induction unit make sure floor side to leave enough space.
3.8 medium hot and cold water pipes and the fan coil, induction of straight pipe or copper tube is connected, take over should be straight. Tightening wrench jammed when the six-party joint to prevent damage to copper pipe. Condensate pipe should be flexible connections, hose length is not more than 300mm materials should be treated with clear plastic tubes and hose clamps tighten leakage is strictly prohibited, the slope should be correct, condensed water should flow to the specified location, water should be free of stagnant water.
3.9 fan coil units, induction unit with hot and cold media connection, should flush the pipe system of sewage and then connect to prevent blocked heat exchanger.
3.10 concealed horizontal fan-coil, ceiling should be left active inspection door, easy unit disassembly and maintenance as a whole.
4 quality criteria
4.1 project:
4.1.1 fan coil units, induction unit installation must be stable and strong.
Inspection method: with a spirit level and cable fall measurement.
4.1.2 fan coil units, induction unit connection to the water pipe leakage is strictly prohibited, condensate pipe slope drainage requirements must be met, with air and return air connections must be tight.
Inspection method: standard, observe inspection and test records.
4.2 Basic project:
Fan coil units, induction unit air outlet connection tight no leakage.
Inspection method: Visual check.
5 finished product protection
5.1 fan coil and induction unit sent to the scene to take measures to keep it neatly. Rain and snow prevention measures.
5.2 when winter construction, fan-coil water discharge immediately after the pressure test must be clean to prevent freezing equipment.
5.3 installation of fan-coil induction must be shipped with, and note to intersect with other types of work product protection to prevent chipped.
5.4 concealed vertical fan coil, installed after installation should cooperate with civil protection cover. Roofing should take protective measures prior to spraying, protect installed equipment, keep them clean.
6 quality problems to be noticed

4 fan-coil water clogging the fan-coil knot should clean up before running with debris in the pan to ensure the condensate flow
