Porcelain column, porcelain wiring
1 scope
The technology standard is applicable to electric lighting porcelain of Ming porcelain column of indoor and outdoor wiring project.
2 construction preparation
2.1 material requirements:
2.1.1 specification, type of insulation wire must comply with the design requirements, and have the factory certificate.
2.1.2, porcelain porcelain column should be clean and complete, no broken crack.
2.1.3 screw connection button should choose according to wire section and the root of the wire number corresponding models of spiral wire reinforced insulation steel shell button.
2.1.4 LC secure line pressing cap please see section 3, 8, 3.8 the part.
2.1.5 casing with copper, aluminum casing pipe and copper aluminum casing three transition, when choose, should adopt corresponding casing with conductor material specifications.
2.1.6 terminals when choose, should choose according to conductor is the root of the number and the total cross section corresponding specifications of the terminal.
2.1.7 galvanized material: round steel, flat steel, wood screw, machine screw, nut, washer and spring washer, etc.
2.1.8 auxiliary materials: bit, antirust paint, mixed paint, cable tie, emery cloth, rubber (sticky plastic insulation tape, black tape, solder, flux, wood, brick, etc.
2.2 the main equipment:
2.2.1, tape measure, line drop, chalk line pencil bags, bucket, steel wire brush.
2.2.2 common electrician tools, soldering iron, burner, tin tin pot, spoon, hammer and chisel.
2.2.3 hand electric drill, impact drill, hammer, megohm meter, multimeter, tool bag, tool box, high stool.
2.3 operation conditions:
2.3.1 in civil engineering structure construction stage, should according to the size of the design position embedded wooden brick and pipe wall.
2.3.2 for inner decoration completed, all can wiring.
3 operation process
3.1 process:

3.2 play line positioning:
3.2.1 flare line location shall meet the following requirements:
3.2.1.1 porcelain column layout, the minimum distance between the wire line and the fixed point maximum distance are shown in table 3-21.
3.2.1.2 porcelain wiring, the minimum distance between the wire line and the maximum distance between the fixed point are shown in table 3-22.

3.2.1 porcelain stone column and the porcelain fixed on the bracket, the fixed point spacing are shown in table 3-24.
3.2.1.6 indoor and outdoor installation, insulation to the minimum distance of the ground wires are shown in table 3-25.

3.2.1.8 conductor in turn, branch and into the electric appliance, shall furnish support is fixed. Support and turning point, the branch points and electrical appliance wiring on the edge of the distance in porcelain column should be 60 to 100 mm.
3.2.1.9 outdoor wiring when across the pavement, wire above the ground height should not be less than 3.5 m; Across the traffic road should not be less than 6 m.

3.5 and porcelain porcelain column is fixed:
Fixed porcelain column and porcelain can use brick of wood, plastic bulge and the bracket.
3.6 wire laying:
3.6.1 conductor installation method:

3.6.2 wire laying requirements:
3.6.2.1 distance between the wires should comply with the relevant provisions of section 3.2. Two adjacent wire should be in two or porcelain porcelain column in the same direction (left or right) or wire should be in two or the outer edge of the porcelain insulator, porcelain column is not allowed in the medial as shown in figure 3-53.
3.6.2.2 wire branch, the branch point must be equipped with porcelain column or porcelain, used to support the tension of branch line, as shown in t approach as shown in figure 3-54.
3.6.2.3 wires in the corner, or porcelain porcelain column installed as shown in figure 3-55.

3.7 wire connection:
3.7.1 screw connections button:
Every branch in the process of wiring, tapping shall be set aside terminal stud, and on the junction of porcelain column or porcelain
Both sides to tie it back, again to tie up the branch line. Please see section 3, 8, 3.8 the part.
3.7.2 LC secure line pressing cap connection request, please see section 3, 8, 3.8 the part.

4 quality standards
4.1 ensure project
4.4.1 porcelain and wire specifications and quality must comply with the design requirements and the relevant provisions.
Between 4.1.2 wires and wire to ground insulation resistance value must be greater than 0.5 M Ω.
Methods: to check the factory certificate; The measured or check insulation shake test record.
4.1.3 wires are strictly forbidden to twisting, die bending and the defects such as insulation damage.
Inspection method: to observe the examination.
4.2 the basic items:
2 porcelain and its bracket installation is firm, can not have the phenomenon such as porcelain porcelain or damage inversion; Conductor or porcelain fixed point spacing correct; Porcelain and stent neatly, surface cleaning, paint is complete.

4.2.2 wire laying
4.2.2.1 wire flat and tidy, porcelain fixed and reliable; Across the beam, wall, floor and across other lines, pipes, fashion protection tube; After building wire fixed reliable, the deformation of joints and had compensation allowance.
4.2.2.2 wire connection is firm, bandage tightly, good insulation, not wound wire core and tapping is not subject to tension.
4.2.2.3 Angle and the branch conductor neat, into the electric appliance insulation deal with good.
Inspection method: to observe the examination.
4.3 allowable deviation projects:
4.3.1 the distance between the wire line and the fixed point spacing of allowable deviation
4.3.1.1 line: the distance between level laying lines to 10 mm; Vertical lay lines to 5 mm.
4.3.1.2 fixed point spacing allowable deviation of 50 mm.
4.3.2 inside with a porcelain column or porcelain insulator should be arranged on the same straight line, the line should be at right angles to the line.
4.3.3 wire can not have slack phenomenon. Run level, flat degree of allowable deviation 10 mm; Vertical run, flat allowable deviation degree of 5 mm.
Inspection methods: observation, feet quantity check.
5 finished product protection
5.1 wiring shall not damage the ground, metope and ceiling, and shall keep the parts clean.
5.2 installation of electrical appliances, shall not touch the loose laying up the wires.
5.3 when fastening screws, do not apply force too hard, in order to avoid the porcelain fracture.
May not again after 5.4 line installation of spray and brush oil, prevent pollution of the wires.
6 should pay attention to quality problems
6.1 individual porcelain porcelain surface is not clean and there is any breakage phenomenon. Porcelain, when installation should be scoured off the dirt from the surface, in a timely manner will be replaced damaged porcelain.
6.2 porcelain fixed unsuitable to apply wood screw fixed porcelain, nails and glue method is strictly prohibited.
6.3 deformation seam on both sides of the conductor is not equipped with fixed porcelain, should according to the requirements in a timely manner their make-up and wires should have compensation allowance.
6.4 conductor is too loose, exceed allowable deviation, should be adjusted in time, make it meet the requirements.
6.5 binding wire, will use the bare wires as the cable tie. Plastic insulated wire plastic cable tie must be used for binding.
6.6 the branch the wires, shall not be mounted fixed porcelain. Shall promptly do their make-up, ensure the wire is not affected by lateral strain.
6.7 wire junction, welding kits do not conform to the requirements, please see section 3, 8, 3.8 the relevant content.
7 quality records
7.1 insulation wire factory certificate.
7.2 column porcelain, porcelain wiring project engineering, self-inspection, mutual inspection records.
7.3 design changes regarding the record, record drawings.
7.4 (pearl) and the porcelain porcelain, porcelain column wiring subentry engineering quality inspection records.
7.5 electrical insulation resistance test records.
