Floor construction technology

1 scope
The technology standard is applicable to civil that have requirements of dust-proof and conducting electrostatic requirements, public buildings and other professional USES a room on the ground.

5 finished product protection
5.1 pay attention to protect good have been completed in the process of operation of each component division of engineering quality of the finished product. 6 should pay attention to quality problems
6.1 floor and its supporting bearing series of material and technical performance to meet the design requirements, and have the factory certificate, large area before operation, try to work.
6.2 after playing the grid lines, to insert the laying of cables under the floor line in time, and experience again after receiving qualified support system, to do this is to avoid the undue rework, and ensure that stent caused by the collision is not loose at the same time.
6.3 installation base, should check whether the intersection point on the grid center, stay bar warehouse department after you install the relation line, check the straightness of beam, in order to make sure the panel installed seam of straightness are controlled within 3 mm, panel pull string cable inspection again at any time after installation. Beam top elevation will strictly control, use level to check the whole beam on the flat.
