    This process standard applies to the outer board internal mold structure prefabricated exterior wall board installment craft.
2 construction preparation
    2.1 Materials and main equipment:
    2.1.1 Exterior panel: Check the model after entering, the geometric size and appearance quality should meet the design requirements. Transverse cavity, vertical cavity waterproof structure is complete. Components should be factory certification.
    2.1.2 Joint waterproof insulation materials: plastic (thickness 1.5 ~ 2mm), linoleum, polystyrene board.
    2.1.3 Other materials: cement, sand, welding electrodes, steel, steel plate, 107 plastic, waterproof coating and caulking crevices and so on.
    2.1.4 main tools: wire rope spreader, ring, crowbar, plate pad, temporary fixtures and wire and other fixed.
    2.2 Operating conditions:
    2.2.1 familiar with the design drawings, master the external wall model, location, size, elevation and construction practices.
    2.2.2 Check the outer wall of the vertical and horizontal water-proof cavity should be intact, if damaged should be repaired, the grass-roots should be cleaned up repair, with 107 glue-doped cement mortar (cement weight 15%) for repair.
    2.2.3 will be on both sides of the outer wall of the anchor steel ring chisel out, adjust the straight, ticking should not damage the rings near the concrete, and then waterproof paint in the vertical cavity waterproof paint.
    2.2.4 Check the installation position of the outer wall board and the elevation line.

3 operating process
    3.1 Process flow:
Wipe leveling layer → in place board → external wall panels fixed temporary → insert oil felt bar, polystyrene, plastic strips →

Plug-in point of structural reinforcement → keyway steel welding, pouring concrete → wall plate at the bottom of the dry twist dry cement mortar →

    3.2 wipe leveling layer: First, according to the level of plastering mortar leveling layer, to achieve a certain degree of strength, before the wall board in place should be pouring cement slurry, so that the surface is tight, accurate elevation.     3.3 external wall board in place: wall panels before lifting, check the rings, with the card ring pin tight, lifting to the installation location, the first to find a good vertical position, and then slowly drop in place.     3.4 Temporary fixing of the outer wall board: After the outer wall board is in place, fasten the outer wall panel and the large template with the basket bolts or the temporary fixing fixture. The vertical angle of each layer should be checked by the theodolite.
    3.5 Insert the linoleum, benzene strips, plastic strips: first sticks the strips of felt and polyphenylene strips together, insert them into the waterproofing cavity together, insert in the end, tightly around, not bulging or cracking. In the pouring of concrete should be checked before the insert is intact, insert the plastic, the lower end of the practice should be consistent with the design requirements, plastic strip width should be appropriate.
    3.6 plug-in point of structural reinforcement: the outer wall of the steel side of the reinforcement ring should be cross-wall reinforcement with the inner ring overlap, the vertical steel reinforcement inserted into the overlapping ring. At least 3 rings shall be inserted at the junction of each outer wall panel and inner wall, and shall be securely fastened (for concealed acceptance).
    3.7 keyway reinforced concrete pouring: When the cast-in wall with flat-mode construction, the external wall board in place, the keyway connection reinforcement should be installed with the welding; if the use of tube mold construction, immediately after the demolition of the mold welding. Weld thickness and length should be designed, when the design is not specified, the weld thickness of 6mm, length of 90mm. 4 quality standards
    4.1 Warranty items:
    4.1.1 The concrete strength should be in accordance with the design requirements and the construction specifications.
    4.1.2 component model, location, node anchor bars must meet the design requirements, and no deformation damage.
    4.1.3 keyway concrete joints must be measured accurately, pouring dense compaction, conscientiously conserve its strength must meet the design requirements or construction specifications.
    4.1.4 External wall waterproof construction practices must meet the design requirements.
    4.2 Basic items: the joints in the keyway reinforcement joints, twist seam practice, should meet the design requirements and construction specifications. Weld length to meet the requirements, the surface smooth, no depression, welding tumor, cracks, pores, slag and undercut.
