1 range
    The process standards applicable to the general civil residential building reinforced concrete precast balcony, rain cover, channel plate component installation works.
2 construction preparation
    2.1 Materials and main equipment:
    2.1.1 Components: prefabricated reinforced concrete balcony, rain cover, channel plate model, quality should meet the requirements. And should have component factory certificate.
    2.1.2 Cement: more than 325 Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement and Portland cement Portland cement. Should be a factory certificate.

    2.1.4 concrete admixtures: early strength agent, water reducing agent should comply with the relevant standards. Dosage determined by the laboratory.

    2.1.6 Reinforcement for anchoring: specifications, varieties, dimensions and other components meet the Atlas requirements.
    2.1.7 fire wire: No. 20 fire wire.
    2.1.8 support materials: 100mm × 100mm wooden pillars or tool steel pillars, 50mm × 100mm wooden pull rod, 50mm thick wood plate, wood wedges and nails.
    2.1.9 Main equipment: crowbar, hook, sling with, ring, steel wedge and so on.
    2.2 Operating conditions:
    2.2.1 Before installation, the height and height of the control line and the two side edges should be checked outside the component and the wall.

3 operating process
    3.1 The process

4 quality standards
    4.1 Warranty items:

    4.2 Basic Items

5 protection of finished products
    5.1 When the stacking of components is overlapped, the wood should be added.     5.4 Do not break brick walls or concrete walls when installing components.
6 should pay attention to quality problems
    6.1 Installation unevenness: Temporary support top and cement mortar leveling layer must be in a horizontal plane.
    6.2 position is not accurate: the installation must be in accordance with the control line and elevation in place, if any deviation should be adjusted.
    6.3 Bearing is not real: should pay attention to the formation of leveling layer, the installation of cement slurry should be poured, the installation is still complete pores, the application of dry solid mortar plug real.
    6.4 anchor bar length and lap welding does not meet the requirements: the reason is bent bent balcony exposed, resulting in an anchor length is not enough. Anchoring the use of lap welding, it is appropriate to adopt double-sided weld, it seems sometimes changed to single-sided welding, resulting in steel anchorage length or welding length is not enough.
    6.5 Anchoring bar does not extend into the wall or inside the ring beam: The position of the anchor bar is different from that of the concrete wall due to the inaccurate location of the component. Lifting should be in accordance with the position line in place.
    6.6 balcony, channel board up and down is not vertical: the main reason is not installed by the position line in place.
    6.7 Balcony, channel plate under the seepage seepage: As not seriously do waterproofing. The gap between the channel plate must be compacted with fine stone concrete pouring.
7 Quality records
    This process standard shall have the following quality records:
