1 scope
The technology standard is applicable to industrial and civil buildings and structures of reinforced concrete structures in the 20 ~ 40 mm diameter ribbed Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ level radial extrusion bar connection construction.
2 construction preparation
2.1 material and main equipments:

3 operation process

4.2 the basic items:

5 finished product protection

6 should pay attention to quality problems

6.2 to pay attention to the length of reinforced insert steel sleeve, carefully check the reinforcement of tag line, from the air.
6.3 strictly control its pressure extrusion, carefully check the indentation depth, the depth is not enough to fill pressure, super deep to remove joint to reconnect.
7 quality records
This technology standard should have the following quality records:
7.1 steel factory quality certificate or test report.
7.2 steel mechanical performance test report.
7.3 the steel sleeve qualifier.
