1 scope
The technology standard is applicable to 10 kv, parallel compensation under the electric power capacitor installation.
2 construction preparation
2.1 equipment and materials requirements:
2.1.1 capacitor should be equipped with nameplate, indicate the factory name, rated capacity, connection mode, voltage grade and other technical data. Spare parts shall be complete and have a product certificate of approval and technical documents.
2.1.2 capacity and specifications and must meet the design requirements.
2.1.3 capacitors and other electrical components appearance no rust and damaged phenomenon.

2.2 the main equipment:
2.2.1 installation equipment: carts, drill, grinding wheel, electric welding machine, welding tools, pliers, wrenches, etc.

2.3 operation conditions

3.1 process:

3.2 equipment point check:
3.2.1 equipment point check pieces shall be installed by the units, construction units and supply units on behalf of the joint, and make records.

3.2.3 below 500 v for capacitor, the shaking table for them one by one with 1000 v wave measurement, 3 ~ 10 kv capacitor with 2500 v insulation shake table test, and make records.
3.3 installed based production or framework.
3.3.1 complete capacitor box set before the installation, should according to the design requirements well steel base.
3.3.2 rainfall distribution on 10-12 packaged capacitor before installation should be according to the requirements stated in the drawing frame, the capacitor can be installed in the layered, generally not more than three layers, layers should not be adding clapboard, capacitor structure of non combustible materials should be adopted. 3.5 capacitor installation:

3.6 wires.

3.7 before sending check:
3.7.1 wave measuring insulation: 1 kv capacitor application under 1000 v, the shake table test 3 ~ 10 kv capacitor used 2500 v shake table test, and make records. Measure should be paid attention to when the wave measuring method, in case of capacitor discharge burn out shaking table after the shake to discharge.

3.7.3 capacitor appearance inspection no bad damage and oil leakage, oil leakage phenomenon.
3.7.4 on-line accurate and reliable.
3.7.5 various protection device is accurate and reliable.
3.7.6 discharge system is in good condition.
3.7.7 control equipment is in good condition, the movement is normal, all kinds of instrument calibration qualified.
3.7.8 automatic power factor compensation device to adjust (adjust) with phase shifter in advance.
3.8 sending run acceptance:
3.8.1 impact closing test: the power capacitor group three times impact closing test, no abnormal situation, can put into operation.
3.8.2 run normally after 24 hours, should go through the formalities of acceptance, handed over to party a's acceptance.
3.8.3 acceptance should be handed over to the following technical data:
Design drawings and technical data of the equipment with 3.8.3.1;

3.8.3.5 installation records and testing records.
4 quality standards
4.1 ensure project
4.4.1 capacitors and its accessories test adjustment and capacitor body check result, must conform to the requirements of the specification.
Inspection method: inspect installation records.
4.1.2 capacitor body can not have bad damage and oil leakage, no crack, porcelain porcelain glaze without damage.
Inspection method: to observe the examination.
4.2 the basic project
2 capacitors shall meet the following requirements:
4.2.1.1 position correctly, fixed firmly, surface cleaning, paint intact;
4.2.1.2 capacitor installation distance within the rules.
Test method: measurement and check the installation records.
On-line 4.2.2 capacitor shall meet the following requirements:
4.2.2.1 connected closely, complete accessories, porcelain is not affected by stress;
4.2.2.2 grounding accurate and reliable, without missing;
4.2.2.3 structure and level of cabinet put oneself in another's position should be in accordance with the specification and vertical installation, fixed firmly, paint intact;

5 finished product protection
5.1 capacitor room should be locked, irrelevant personnel shall not be casually.
5.2 good to not installed and installed capacitor should be packed in wooden cases or cartons will protect the porcelain vase, in case of damage of porcelain.
5.3 construction over the capacitor, the capacitor to take protective measures.
5.4 keep indoor clean, prevent the original electric dust damage.
6 should pay attention to quality problems

7 should possess the quality of the record
7.1 equipment material receiving inspection records.

Common quality on disease prevention measures
