1 scope

2 construction preparation

3 operation process
3.1 process:

4 quality standards
4.1 ensure projects:
4.4.1 the lifting component concrete strength must comply with the design requirements and construction norms. Check the component factory certificate.
4.1.2 slab joints of concrete must be accurate, cast close-grained, serious maintenance, its strength must meet the design requirements or construction norms. Check the concrete block test report.

4.2 the basic items:

5 finished product protection

5.2 shall not be arbitrarily pick out hole in the floor.

6 should pay attention to quality problems
6.1 the unqualified large floor on the wall: detailed check before the installation, should look.
6.2 large floor installation direction and drawing is not in conformity with the signs: due to the large slab side marks do not conform to the requirements of the drawings, hole location and drawings does not conform to, picked at random chisel big slab structure. Before installation should be carefully checked.
6.3 a wall plate end length is not enough: no line on the wall when hoisting in place, or not seriously adjustment, cause end wall is too little.
6.4 installing a floor board side out of reinforcement are not allowed to be cut off; Nor should the keyway take off; Also can't take out the steel pressure under the adjacent plate.
6.5 when installing large floor regardless of adopts hard frame mode branch or leveling layer, its elevation should comply with the design requirements, use support should have enough stiffness, guarantee not sink.
7 quality records
This process standards should have the following quality records;
7.1 component factory certificate.
7.2 steel factory quality certificate or test report.
7.3 steel mechanics performance test report.
7.4 the wall concrete, plate seam concrete test report.
7.5 prefabricated segments.
7.6 component installation engineering quality inspection record separately.
